Every year, in November, a Virginia physician/clown, Patch Adams, takes a rag-tag troupe of mostly totally amateur clowns to Russia. Sunshine is awesome! Our family has hired her for my step-daughters birthday for several years and she always impresses us with her wit and improved skills with children. She is sure to liven up the room and bring fun and entertainment to any child’s function.
